# Chronom AI

> Chronom AI is a Microsoft cost optimization platform. It connects to a tenant read-only through the Microsoft Graph API, evaluates every user, group, licence SKU, mailbox and site against 40+ waste patterns, and returns an exact dollar savings figure within 48 hours. Built for organizations with 200+ seats or $50K+ in annual Microsoft spend.

Roughly 32% of the average tenant's Microsoft 365 spend is wasted - not on a handful of
inactive accounts, but on oversized licences held by active people who never touch the
premium features, overlapping SKUs stacked on the same user, forgotten add-ons, idle
Copilot seats, and SharePoint storage overage. Admin-center reports show who signed in,
not who uses what they are paying for, so the cost stays hidden until renewal.

Chronom covers four domains: M365 licensing, SharePoint/OneDrive storage, Copilot and
metered AI, and cloud consumption (Azure/AWS). Copilot and metered AI coverage is coming
